After you place your order, we roast the beans and ship it to you. Each bag contains a one-way CO2 valve, which allows carbon dioxide to escape the bag, but makes it difficult for oxygen to enter. This valve and the natural oxidation process helps in keeping the beans fresh and helps give you a better cup of coffee.

With each bag you are able to select whole bean or ground.
Our standard grind level is drip grind, but leave us a note on your order if you would prefer coarse grind, or espresso grind.
